All brand spankers. Coolant was changed when engine was fitted less than 40 miles before rad let go so I caught and reused that. Didn't go too badly considering it was my first time messing with cooling parts. Now falling in love with the thing, it's actually a really nice car to drive, if very very slow, even compared to my 1.4 mpi 60hp ibiza.

The paint is beyond saving tbh, its been resprayed with rattle cans and theres more runs than an indian slums sewers

Bonnet seems OK.  If areas have been rattle canned does that mean no lacquer has been used?  Or that is might need a good wet sanding?

Just paint, no lacquer I believe. Volunteering to help me?

I am no good with actually doing painting, but I have some paint restoring skills.  It does need a topcoat though

Get the dents pulled and some wheel trims

Took the trims off, had three of one skoda design and another different style lol. Only temp, will be replaced with alloys when the tyres wear out. Tbh the dents not worth fixing, close up the cars a state, bumpers cracked and loose, scratches, horrible respray lol.

The bumper is probably just a dodgy bracket

It failed the Last mot for both bumpers loose lol, think it had a shunt. Theyre just bentnin I think, might pull them straight at some point
