Hi folks

 

I am about to take the plunge into the world of Skoda: collecting a 1 year old Octavia Greenline III Estate next week to replace a 10 year old Citroen Berlingo that has served us well. 143K miles, owned from new, original clutch -  has coped with a lot -  -29 degrees in mountain passes, PAs, surfboards & cement mixers (but not at the same time) and Prague-Ipswich in a day. Hoping the Octavia will do similar service and fit a double bass! However I will not be trading in my 34yr old 2CV!

 

Aiming to source a proper spare wheel & jack, as spray can seems a poor alternative!
