Thanks to GOOCHIE and WRIGHTY RS i hav spent more money , bought the FORGE fmic , a nice fit, eibach springs and rear arb ,+ with the other bits ,see 12-9-05 i am nearly there ? , now done a tad over 3,000 miles ,ive had it over 65 mph , just legal and now that the suspension is uprated gone round a corner at over 40 mph, i wonder if these bits will fit the new vrs? or should i just keep this one ? .

I doubt very much that they would fit the new one. But if you want to buy the new one - although your present one sounds plenty fast enough for you so far - you could return the car to standard and sell the bits on Briskoda.
