One thing i hate about washing the car is finding new stone chips or fine scratches cause by cats or something crawling on the roof !

Anyone know a good place to source a touchup kit for the stone chips?

Everyone must have that one few marks that do there head in overtime they see it

I would kill to just be suffering with the above. :D

Same! My front bumper and bonnet looks like it's been sand blasted and my A pillars are suffering heavily.

I bought my touch-up pen off ebay.

Look up your paint code on the sticker in the boot then search on ebay.

You can either get original ones or mixed ones from pain suppliers.

I have an original Skoda one and a mixed rattle can (that I used to paint my new parking sensor) and the colour match on both is spot on.

I go round my bonnet every now and then and just touch up the chips to stop them rusting. Will sort them properly in the summer.

I had so many I only bothered to touch up the big ones and those that went through to the metal.

My paint is starting to form part of my car's character.  She goes like stink and looks a bit rough as a result. :D

Dent in the bonnet slightly, stone chips all up the front, nightmsre

As well as the whole car being swirled to death presumably because a small forest was blown over it by a hurricane There is a stone chip on the drivers door, a scratch on the rear bumper and something that looks like someone's been at it with a redy pink marker pen on the back right corner of the bonnet (presumably stupid owner put her handbag down when opening the door or something ad it scratched it weirdly) Apart from the chips on the bonnet that's all.

Can't have yours having any imperfections now can we?

I don't think the internet will actually be big enough to document all my car's scars :D

I did this one on a grass autotest by keeping my foot in even though the tree was getting closer.

I straightened it all out and then bent the same corner again via a Yeti. It hammered straight again though :D

Through the metal? Bloody hell. Where have you been driving? Afghanistan?

Believe me, it is coming further forwards in my mind and you may be seeing a red Fabia on your drive in the summer. Or spring. You don't need to remind me that you're here.

Close up mine is covered in little chips and scratches and parking dings. Most of them caused by other people. But it is 10.5 years old, 130,000km :D
