The MDI box was faulty and needed replacing.

Here's the setup finally working.. All replaced under warranty. Part ordered from Germany by dealership and it took them 2 days to fit it.. (That's how long they had my car).

By stealing the see-through sticky rubber thing that came with this iPhone holder bought at a garage. It was an AA car holder and cost like £5. I just wanted the sticky bit and threw the plastic away.

Oh and the MDI Broke again. Back to the dealers. Since 22/01/2015 I've been in constant attendance at my local Skoda. Ongoing complaint with SkodaUK. Full explanation to follow once resolved!
