Read some reviews on DMS from some BMW owners sounds so gd! Seems they adjust the map on ur car so it looks like a standard map! Not a remap!

I didn't have decat or an intake, but would that would have made the extra 16bhp difference for you?

i guess so , without the intercooler intake downpipe and 100 cell race cat it was at around 209-213 hp. 

+ the emission warning light doesnt come on anymore with the apr file.

 

intercooler was costum build back then when there wasnt any f2 VRS parts , its not the best design but it works at least and i dont have any MOT / Tüv issues with it

Thanks George, I've bookmarked the site for future reference. Having just had an engine change and having to watch what I do due to extended warranty it may be some time before I go near tuning of any kind, but I like what Oettinger do (particularly like the Golf R with Oettinger kit) and could be tempted further down the line.

 

Of course, assuming that my wife, the owner of the car, lets me lol.

Is there any update on the CTHE side of things? Is it still not possible to be remapped?
