Hi Guys

 

loads of wiring issues dash now lit up like a chrismas tree needless to say I need to swop main engine bay loom right thru from the two couplings behind wiper motor to and including the ecu -(not swapping that tho) and then everything in engine bay

 

Q do I need to take bumper off to get to P S pump wiring and has anyone changed a loom...... difficult??

Get all the earthing points sorted first, hard work work but no financial cost.

Hi mate, have you got the new loom yet?  I have changed lots of these when i worked at main dealers a good few years back.  Jobs not too bad, your looking at few hours work though, wiring loom includes abs sensor plugs, wiper motor, washer motor horn etc.

Never took bumper off by the way, just side grilles if i remember.

how much is the loom?i may need one for mine.

Yes I DO have a complete loom  incl battery fuse box off a  fellow Briskoda member I think it was £30
