I'm looking to get the best price on one of these and would appreciate recommendations and details of what is achievable when it comes to discount?

The spec I am looking for is>

Hatchback

Tdi

Dsg

Black kit

Metal paint

Sat nav

iPod connection

Front and rear sensors

Spare wheel

Dark 18" wheels

New /pre reg/slight used is fine, just looking to get a good deal on a car I'm going to do 20K a year in.

I have chatted this through with a couple of dealers and eked getting the minimal discount bull@@@@.... I have also chatted over a demo vehicle which they said would work out more expensive.

Any thoughts/details/leads appreciated.

I used Carwow for mine , a dealer about 50 miles away undercut my nearby ones by over £3k on a new VRS TSI

 

Which local dealers have you tried as the one I ordered with is in your county

I have chatted it through with the dealers in Winchester/Salisbury.

Gave up with those in Basingstoke as they told me the petrol engine felt the same as a diesel....

Try Sparshotts , Southampton I think they have a dsg tdi vrs est ex demo coming up soon but Ben gave me a good deal
