Noises N/s/f "passengers side"

Featured Replies

Please help what's how do you know when a wheel bearing has gone or dry what noise do you get .

Jack up that side. And put1hand at the 12oclock position the other at 6 and try rocking wheel back and forth. If theres movement then that bearing needs replacing

A bad bearing will make a whining sound

Thinking of buying a hub rather than a wheel Bearing if you know what I meen

Whenever ive had a bearing issue you can hear it from say 15mph and it will just get louder and sound worse

Hope its not a gearbox prob.

Just had to have the wheel bearings feplaced on my Roomster, no play at all but felt rough when spinning the wheel, had new hub fitted. Not an easy diy job expensive puller required, I let locol garage do it £184. Drives great again now
