Brake light bulbs.

Featured Replies

Hi peeps. Will Osram 380 12V 21W/5W bulbs fit my Fabia 1.4 MPi 2002? As eurocarparts are no help!

Cheers.

As long as it's a P21W it should do the job.

Later edit: no, I just saw that the one that you asked has double filament, for break lights you need a single filament bulb, P21W one.

Without taking a brake light bulb out myself I couldn't tell you!
How about going to a generic 'Auto repairs' shop and showing them the one you have just taken out? They'll have whatever bulb you need in stock undoubtedly.

All bulb types (and fuses) are listed here.

You need a 382 bulb. (12v 21watt, single filament).

It is definately a single filament. I had to replace one this week.

Brake pads?

I presume by wires you mean pad wear indicators? If that is the case (and I haven't seen a Fabia that has them) there will only be one pad out of the four with a wire. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Skoda-Fabia-Volkswagen-Polo-Quinton-Hazell-Front-Brake-Pads-bp1372-/191723439990?hash=item2ca39b8776:g:La8AAOSwPhdVPo44

..and you can simply snip the wire off flush and throw it away if you buy the wrong ones since they're physically the same as the non-pad wear indicator pads.

^ Yes

It is definately a single filament. I had to replace one this week.

From memory, I concur. it's the side/fog that's an odd offset double  BUT, a tip- if a rear fog is not working on the driver side- AS A TEMPORARY MEASURE, swap it with one from passenger side, and at earliest ,replace passenger side ,which on most models is not wired. What I do is when I buy a pack of two bulbs and only change one, is to store the other in the compartment at the driver's right knee.
