Retrofit front (driver, passenger) door lights

Featured Replies

Hello All,

I have no lights in front (driver, passenger) door of my superb.

I have only a red prism.
How can I retrofit those?
Is it possible? The wires or point where can I join the wires is exists?

Thanks in advance.

What lights are you referring to exactly? The only light I can see 'on the door' is the red type light that you describe. Are you saying this exists but is not lit?

The "puddle lights" in the door cards are fakes in some VAG models. Most notably Tiguans often have no lights in the housings, just a red reflector.

Retrofitters usually use these sets from bold-sport, beware though taking off the door cards is a bit of a pain.

At the bottom part of the doors (passenger, driver) there are.

Where these lights maybe to fit.

I'd like to do this also, but in an Octavia mk3. does it require coding to activate the lights?

Cheers!
