Id want as neat install as poss with the idea being mounting in the bumper between the number plate lights,id be happy to hear from anyone else has done this using this setup or a different kit,i have vcds so the coding isn't an issue.

I bought and fitted the 2nd of your 2 ebay links from, I believe, the same vendor.

I cut a square hole next to the boot handle for the camera, fixed with epoxy and black sealant. I reasoned that I could find a rubber plug if I needed to remove it, which would be invisible with the boot closed.

 

After coding, it worked very well on my 63-plate superb combi with Columbus...except 8 months later, it has broken. At some point soon, I'll do some diags. Best case, it's a power lead problem (chafing?). Worst case, I need a new camera.
