another superb lighting feature

Featured Replies

Last night I pulled over to the side of an unlit road-in order to solicit from a plain clothed police strumpet and as I indicated left I noticed that the left fog light lit. Turn indicator off and fog light goes off.

I had never noticed this feature before and have had the car two years and solicited hundreds of times.

Luckily the fog lamp shed more light on the subject so no arrest this weekend :D

Works with the steering at lower speeds, you've probably never noticed it before as the xenon lights on your L&K are pretty bright already, possibly more useful on cars with halogens. Maybe having the L&K shows you have a bit of spare cash to spend on 'extras', if you see what I mean.

It does light up their legs though!!!.

and the Superb gives one oodles of space in the back, should one ever have the need for it...I `m thinking of a Superb next due to the number of Grandkids that have suddenly started to appear

The cornering lights will engage up to 40 kph but difficult to notice them alright with the xenons unless on very dark roads! As CNC says maybe more useful with halogens.

Turn fog lights very useful when I drive into my sisters house in the dark country.

And they do sometimes mean people tell you that one of your foglight bulbs has gone.

Its useful I find around urban environments. If you are going slowly (say to park) then it just makes it that little better to pick out the curb.

Why do both lights come on when you go into reverse? What's the point of that?!

To illuminate low walls, bollards etc. that could be clipped when the front end swings wide as you turn whilst reversing I guess.
