I bought mk2 vRS new in candy white loved it, end of last year I bought 3 month old ex demonstrator mk3 vRS in corrida red, at first wasn't 100% sure on colour the main thing was it was 3/4k cheaper than other cars on market and was a bargain. Paid deposit and travelled 200 miles to pick it up without seeing it in metal, don't regret it, it's got the black pack with sunroof and it doesn't half set it off, haven't seen as many about either, mines a hatch but gives you an idea, let us know what you go with [emoji6]189a56e4f6af5806f16b5f8692ee3639.jpg5f62df6b9579520504a1cbf95c37a54e.jpg5f9d41676d66cc63dc80391eeea8866b.jpg0fbaeb2ae197a80d00e3d10aae55a6bc.jpg

Even the Vauxhall cars from the 90s didn't fade if garaged.  My dad had a corsa from new, car port stored but no special care.I had it from ~4 to ~8, garaged and hand polished once a year, then my brother had it, kept in the open, no care at all. It still looked fabulous .... Unlike most of its age.

It has to be red :-)

Ps excuse the L plates as SWMBO is learning to drive

Both colours look good, but in my opinion both require sunset glass, black pack and anthracite wheels to set them off.

If you want a car that doesn't show the dirt or stone chips go for a silver car by trading options.

Remember one important fact... The colour is more for those around you / driveway appeal... You will spend the majority of your time inside the car!

Get a red one. Car parks nowadays have too much white, blacks and varying shades of grey now...

Silver is always a safe choice.

But you want to spot and deal with stone chips if they are through to metal, and rust /corrosion is going to follow.

Solid Skoda Red is wonderful where you do get Stone Chips / Rash.

You buy a very good colour match paint, and use Needles, tooth picks or what ever you choose and Robert is you Mothers Brother.

For a quick temp cover up, you get 2 Nail Varnish for £4 from Tesco or other places, nice Red or Clear.

Just cover the exposed metal or undercoat until you do a permanent touch up/repair.

I bought mine in white as it was free and thought it looked awesome however now there are 4 other vrs in Leighton buzzard that are white... One of them which is also a combi only has the last letter of the reg different to mine as well!

I actually think the new vrs looks great in most of its colour options

Have to say the vRS does look nice in red

I'd love to see one in the new brown colour the mk3 fabia is available in. It's a surprisingly nice colour
