My 1.0 TSI SE estate with a few extras arrived at the dealer today. Even got a chance to see it as I was in signing registration and finance documents.

Ordered week 35, built week 41, will be mine on Saturday, week 44.

Ordered my VRS TSi estate with DSG on 27th October. Build week confirmed as Wk51 so it looks like I'll have to wait until the new year.

Ordered 27th too. Not heard build week yet.

That was a long 5 months!! Also got the call today to say my 230 will be ready to collect next week Ordered June 22

Ordered 29th October so far build week is said to be Wk51.

Extras: Alaris alloys, rear airbags with crew assist, full sized spare wheel, variable boot floor, sunset glass, front parking sensors

 

Yet to have been given a build date...was hoping for pre-2017 delivery, but think that's looking less and less likely as time passes.

 

Does it normally take this long to get a build date?

I ordered on a Friday, got a build date on the Tuesday.

Time to prod that dealer.

Ordered octavia 1.6 tdi dsg se sport hatch in race blue on 31st october, no other extras.

build date given as week 48 and told delivery a few weeks later.

Does anyone think i may get it before the new year?.

As much as I'd love to have the car this second, I'm hoping it wont, don't want the car stuck on the forecourt unable to be driven until the 171 registration plate rolls round in January.

Fair enough. Didn't realise how the registration system differed in Ireland.

Is it true skoda have now stopped taking orders for the octavia until the facelift model is ready for production?.

Finally got my build week. Build week 50. Ordered 27th October.

 

Should hopefully have the new wheels a couple of weeks into the new year.
