Big place Texas!

 

NASA of course. 

 

Astrodome and the fun fair opposite the stadium.

 

Alamo.

 

Austin for it music.

 

Fishing in the Gulf.

San Antonio is really worth a visit.

 

El Paso isn't.

 

 

 

 

I'm not really down on El  Paso, but its a dull city sprawled along the sides of a freeway (I-10), and from much of it you can see the slums of 3 million inhabitants of Ciudad Juarez just a few yards across the border

The food.

 

Good quality food down there can be amazing - we are just along the border in Arizona and the food was amazing (if you were willing to work out where to go for it).
