Connecting iphone 6

Featured Replies

My partner can't get her latest iphone to connect via BT to her 2014 Rapid Spaceback. Her previous iphone was working fine. We were going to delete all previous phones connected to see if that would help but can't find that option.

If the Rapid is like others, then it's best to search for Skoda BT on phone when trying to pair, once paired you get the option to remove other phones.

Mine connected perfectly the other day and that's an iPhone 6.

Do you have an Amundsen or a Swing head unit?

Unfortunately you can't delete previous phones as the menu has no such an option.

However the dealership can do it for you (had done it in mine) via a (not very obvious) procedure.

If you have Maxidot then all other phones can be deleted.

I have Maxidot, all the previous phones were displayed but there was no option available to delete them.

If you have this option in your car, please post a photo of Maxidot.

Go into the Bluetooth Menu, then users, and select a user, scroll down and there is a delete option there.
