Thanks to Ray for bringing his nice Octavia vRS for some Detailing work
On initial inspection, the car was completely unprotected and was in need of some comprehensive paintwork cleansing
Further inspecttion revealed very few scratches, just the usual wash swirls
Sprayed the wheels with Wonder Wheels Hot Wheels
Snow foamed
Power Maxed TFR on the wheel arches liners
Power washed off
TBM with Dooka Wash Pads and Megs Gold Class Shampoo
Sprayed Tardis Tar Remover...left to dwell, then wiped off
Sprayed with Car Pro Dragons Breath Iron Remover...A lot of contamination removed

Power washed off
Car Clayed with Farecla Clat Mitt
Power washed again
Dried with CG Wooly Mammoth and Paragon Drying Towel
Car then Lightly polished with Flex DA and Medium Pad with Sonax 04-06 Polish
Smaller areas with the Rupes Rotary
Polishing oils removed with a mix of IPA and Car Pro Eraser and water
Protection coat of Autobrite Hellshine Abyss
Glass cleaned inside and out
Wheels and door shuts applied with Sonax BSD
Tyres dressed with Megs Perfect Tyre Dressing

Thanks for agreeing to detail my car on a Sunday so I would not have to have a day off work; we sure were lucky with the weather.

You did a great job of bringing 3 year old paint back to life, the car looks like its brand new and the totally smooth feel of the paint is miles better. Before you did the detail, even when the car was just cleaned you could feel grit particles ingrained on the paint surface now it’s like marble smooth.

I can’t recommend ChrisRS detailing enough, Top Bloke, Great coffee, A Good job and at a better price than I could get in Manchester.

I really like working on white. It doesn't give you that jaw dropping wet look you sometimes get with the darker colours. But that crisp finish you've got is really rewarding. And always great to get feedback like the post from Ray. Happy days.

Totally agree, plus as it's flat white it's difficult to capture the results in photos too
