I have the rubber mat and the salesman specifically pointed out that the phonebox boosts the signal when placing the phone in the room.

But still, I have no roof arial at all.

Could it be because I also have the panorama roof?

I have the Pano Roof and the shark fin antenna. I dont have phonebox, but navi.

Does the rubber mat have a picture of a mobile phone embossed in to it?

Looking at the Danish brochure phone box is an option, but on the current options list, it only shows together with something called "Comfort phone preparation", but it is also possible to get the "Comfort phone preparation" without the phone box.

 

When I ordered my car I choosed an option called "Elegance Plus package". In the current options list that package consists of Lane Assist, Front Parking sensor (only rear is standard in Denmark), Mitsumi, Bolero (Swing is standard in Denmark), Canton and the so called "Comfort Phone preparation", but not mentioning specifically the phone box. My car was ordered in July 2013 and delivered in January 2014, so unless the content of the "Elegance Plus package" has changed I believe the salesman was misinformed when he sold me my car and also when I picked it up. He must have thought that Phone Box was part of the Elegance Plus Package or included in the term "Comfort phone preparation".

If by phone box I take it the drawer in the centre console under the radio. I didn't think you got it when you spec canton as that is where a centre front speaker is housed

The phonebox is placed in front of gearstick, under the AC controls.
