    The Skyline is due to take part in the "Special Saloons and Modsports" Class, but that's only running at five of the events.

    They are missing the first event at Snetterton and the first race is on Sunday 1st May at Silverstone.

     

    So while there are a few things happening to get it ready, it's not a priority at the moment.

    And it's a bit much for now anyway.

    I'm doing mine after Easter, unfortunately the small matter of over 300 miles each way to a race kinda rules me out!

    Can't believe I've only just noticed this thread! that's what I get for being a "Skoda 'til I die" fanboy and not checking the non-skoda projects I guess :P

     

    Will be following this intently, may come up to Silverstone on the 30th of April to cheer the team on :)

    New support and tow van just turned up.

    Nice vehicle, 7 seats, adaptive cruise, SatNav, parking camera etc...  will pull 2.6t.

    Feels a bit like a big Focus from the cabin.

    Unfortunately despite the valiant efforts of the crew my first race of the season ended with a DNF

    We're still awaiting the diagnostics but it looks like the diff didn't want to be a diff no more [emoji22]

    Still, great weekend had by all and onwards and upwards [emoji106]
