Shock horror I might be getting mine out the garage, Italian car and bike night at the Ace, I had planned to take the Panda but a mate asked if I fancy a ride down, he's running in his new bike. Could be good!

Been across to Lincoln just now as it is cake day at The Wave.  So obviously I had to partake.  Bear in mind the cafe is opposite where the Vulcan stands at RAF Waddington I think the piece of cake I had was big enough to be a wheel chock for the Vulcan. :clap:

 

So another run on the Daytona and I am beginning to get the hang of it now.  Good road across there with plenty of bends and dry roads giving me chance to improve my riding of it.  More miles makes much more fun.

Yeah I like it, busy and decent food (to me shock). I wouldnt do it weekly like my brother used to but once every now and then it's nice, I might try a new route today over the dunstable downs too, mix it up a bit lol.

Riding home in the dark?  Blimey you work late!  Need to be careful of the wild life.  Came across two dead badgers at the side of the road today.  They could ruin your day if you hit one of them in the dark.

christ. That doesnt bear (or deer?) thinking about. 

 

Sheep are the big problem on the roads immediately surrounding me. They don't seem to be kept in fields at all, and my god you do just pull on those brakes when you spot one walking out at night . 

Can't help myself, just added this to the bike! Must admit I think it looks amazing and will do a great job of keeping the tank protected. I'm going to also get a tank bag for it when pay day comes around! Then it'll do a job for the longer rides which I'd like to plan for the summer

Nice ride last night, really enjoyed being back on the bike. Few nice cars, busier than I expected. Quick coke and lemon cake and we set of to come home at about 21:45. Got to the M1 and it was shut all the way up to junction 6 so we had a right ****** of a ride filtering through heavy traffic. Eventually got on the motorway and then up the A5, only got a quick picture of the bikes as we left for our houses.

filtering traffic even late on? Cant even imagine that tbh. After about 7pm around here you can do what you like with just the odd car to take. The later it gets the quieter it becomes.
