Maybe You can help with some experience.

It is a superb 2 - 170crtdi - dsg 6speed wet - from 2011 - 130k km.

In 2nd gear since yesterday i hear a noise in always the same case.

Driving condition: 2nd gear cruising - no gas pedal, engine brake on - then push slighy the gas pedal - then getting a noise , like a clamp noise or click noise.

I would not think that engine holder would be responsible but rather some clutch noise or something.

Did anybody realized something similar?

I sometimes hear a soft click at low speeds when it's quiet in the car. I just assumed it was the clutch engaging or disengaging.

I also get this click, usually happens for me when car is too slow for the gear. I also thought it might be clutch noise

And also in 2nd gear? And is it normal? Did You ever talked to a service about it?

For me it is only in 2nd gear, non of the others clicking.

Same here. Had it back with the dealers to check, but they said it's alright. Eventually they have performed DSG software reset, but it hasn't changed anything really.

Hmm, but did you show them the noise?

Generally it could be minimized by pushing slowly the gas in 2nd after enginebrake.

I've never talked to dealer about it. I also get the click if I'm reversing and then change back to D. On the initial roll forward i get the click.

Same story here...so its not an issue but normal behave of gearbox...right?

I think we dont know, just some people has.

Does anyone has this click sound with low km in the car?

As i told i have more then 130k km, i guess first that the clutch is going to the end...

I think everybody has this soo called ossue but but 85% of people just drive and don't carec or don't hear odd noises and clicks and creaks....I've got very sensitive hearing and a every little odd noise is disturbing me....This gearbox click is in second gear like my old passat b6 with dsg ...

I'm on about 65k if that's low mileage?

I am on similar, but should be still a lot in the clutch

Went two dealers both said its ok...I dont know...on monday the third dealer will took a car and will check brake calipets and gearbox and motor mounting bolts aswell....we'll see...keep you posted...
