Nice. Not a fan of the vRS wheel caps though. I don’t even like them on actual vRS models.

At least they might not corrode as badly as the standard wheel caps

That's the only reason I replaced the old ones, which were looking terrible. I intend to replace them with red ones like the front badge.

Mine with winter Wheels! Needs some lowering and a wash!😃

The fake exhaust vents were a real eyesore for me so I went on a quest to fit some quad-tip exhausts and added on a Martinek rear diffuser from SuperSkoda for good measure. And oh, finally did the rear brakes in matching gold paint as well. Pretty much done with the car now!

Not my car, not my pics! Just wanted to check what you guys think of the 19" Vega Aero wheels? It's a free option on the L&K but I haven't seen many around. If I go for a white Superb L&K iV, I think these would go well with the black parts (grill, windows...).

 

Anyone know if the key fob for MY21 has changed at all? I saw the new MK4 Octavia key, it's amazing.

Not a fan of those wheels, look a bit to much like the ones they put on greenline type cars to make them aerodynamic. Sorry

@rlewis3003 It's written on them... AMG ones...  

Changed the bumper strip and front mats. Both from Kopacek (formerly Superskoda). €64 including delivery in one week from Czech Republic!

 

also some random pics of what I’ve done to the car in the 7 months I’ve had it. Love the car!  

Question,  I’m going to paint the brake callipers blue but the wheel hubs (is that the term? 🧐), are showing signs of rust...would a wire brush sort it or do they need painting??

 

oh another one, should I get an sd card? Is there anything to gain by getting one for the car? I have an iPhone so plug and play is great. 
 

I’d appreciate opinions, cheers!

i got the exhaust tips below off a Chinese site. There are quite a few variants. Be warned, you will probably need some help to cut out the blanked out exhaust plastic bits, and to fit/weld the new tips. Not plug and play.

It’s just the discs. They all do it. You can  wire brush the area and then treat and paint them, or replace with a better quality disc. I always use the EBC range which has a coating to protect against corrosion, but I’d paint and then upgrade when you have to.

I’m getting the brake callipers painted in the next week or two so I’ll look into the hubs as well, thanks. 👍

Still in love with how it looks after 2 years, and considering the praise i occasionally get from random people in the streets it seems it's not just myself who thinks that.

Here’s mine. I can fix that during the summer by cleaning and painting it or replacing the discs. Hope you get your hubs painted with your callipers. It always helps them look a good bit tidier. 👍🏻
