I have emailed both Briskoda Parts and my local TPS for the following parts:

4x Zenith light-alloy wheel 8.0J x 18" anthracite
Complete wheel covers
2x Valve caps for tyre valves
Bolt caps matt black for safety bolts
Stainless-steel foot pedals automatic
Boot mat for Superb Combi with false-floor
Tow rope
First aid kit
Spare light bulbs For Xenon headlamps
Foldable snow shovel
2x Reflective safety vest yellow
Warning triangle

Prices including VAT:

Total price from TPS - £1,048.99

Total price from Briskoda - £997.81

Oh goody, Briskoda saves me £50 but if I ordered from them I would need delivery (whereas I can just go pick up from my local TPS). I ask them for delivery costs and get a reply back - £132! :o

Looks like TPS will be getting my business.

Any chance of a price breakdown from TPS ?

When I was in my local TPS last week, I asked about the Zenith wheels too, think they quoted around £660/670ish IIRC. Although showing no stock at factory, so no idea of lead time.

EDIT: For things like tow rope, I imagine you may get better deals from third party places. I've got an 8 ton towing strap with hefty shackles in the boot of the Yeti, cost me around £15 IRC and I would imagine much stronger than what you'd get from Skoda/TPS. I dragged some poor soul's car up a bank and out of a ditch with it last year, not sure I'd have done that with an ordinary tow rope. Just my 2p.

Another edit: Also worth checking out the OE replacement Xenon bulb cost, against improved items such as the Osram Xenarc. You might get a better bulb for less.

Hi muddyboots,

Just checked my invoice as I purchased some of these through my dealer, to be made available at time of collecting the vehicle:-

Xenon Bulb Kit, Wheels (18" Zenith bronze), Tyre Blankets and (Warning Triangle) all exactly the same price as TPS.

Actually bought the warning triangle after I discovered my old one didn't fit neatly anywhere.

Plus the dealer fitted the winter tyres I had sourced independently to the wheels FOC.

(And I nearly got all four wheels for just £155+VAT  , but it was noticed and corrected before I signed and paid )

And a word of advice to anyone buying the warning triangle - there is a Škoda kit that consists of a triangle, first aid kit and two reflective vests for £21, but the triangle in that kit does not fit in the slot provided in the Superb III.

I emailed the same dealer and they are giving TPS prices on all my accessories so I am ordering from them :) However, they are trying to charge me +£18 for fitting pedals and +48 for fitting tyres. I mentioned you got your tyres fitted FOC so they are checking with service dept. on Monday see if they can do anything. I hope you don't mind! I also said I know the pedals don't take long to fit. We'll see what they come back with.

What was the deal on your GAP? 3 or 5 years?

Fitting the pedals takes 5 minutes when you eventually get round to it....

3 years including SMARTT (minor damage repair - up to a total maximum of £6000 I think).

I've got flaps on mine. I'll do you a pic in the morning.

Did you manage to sort a picture out yet. Vety interested in ordering them and load protector strip.

Jeez you get nice chrome tailpipes and you can’t even clean them properly :D  ... I think they should be donated to someone who would appreciate them

Lol yeah I thought that when I saw the pic ! Rest assured it was mid clean ! The tailpipes have now been properly cleaned and protected with WD40 :-D

The flaps look good. Think I may invest along with rear protector. I see the flaps are reduced on superskoda.

Along with the pedals and tablet brackets

Just need the car now!!

Yeah they are growing on me.... It's actually a 4 branch exhaust though..... Not sure if I would prefer the 4 round trims that Gizmo found ..

I've got a set waiting to go onto mine, just need daylight and no rain! The fronts need a 7mm hole drilling into the wheelarch liner but other than that both the front and rear use existing holes and/or fixings. Easy DIY job hopefully and with any luck the wheels can stay on. Will try to remember to report back!

Can anyone who has bought off superskoda let me know how delivery and buying through PayPal fees for Euros and that works. Does it work out much cheaper than buying in UK or not?

I ordered a set of mudflaps DSG pedals and tablet holder (2 pieces) for €98 inc postage paid via paypal, this worked out at £72.69

The DSG pedals are £46

Media holder £19.39 + £10

Front mudflaps £40
Rear Mud Flaps £40

So £155 from the UK... twice the price

Thanks for that. Will have to give them a go.
