Coming from an interest in modding, I know that the engine covers get "the" treatment as well!

Having a white car - when you open the bonnet, all you get is a sea of Matt black plastic.

I used etch primer and regular car paint.

Ignore the miserable old gits. The world would be a dull place without a bit of fiddling.

I didn't know only the vrs got them so I feel I should so something to celebrate mine now.

   The badge came off a 2014 petrol vrs engine cover.

Can you remember what the diameter of the badge is?

That's cos their butt Fn ugly in fact they look nearly as bad as they sound and that is saying something.

As for the rest of you Jessies, engine covers to keep an engine clean WTF

They do hide all the oil leaks effectively though....

Passing the NVH drive-by regulations is getting increasingly difficult so any little helps.

 

When I worked for a car manufacturer we used to take our prototypes to a track in Belgium which had especially quiet tarmac, that was the only way we could pass the drive-by limit.
