How to unlink key fob with a memorized seat position?

Featured Replies

I've set up my seat to favorite driving position and memorized it into position "1" on the seat. If the seat is moved around, pressing number "1" puts it back into position.

Also linked my key fob to position "1". If the seat is moved, unlocking the car and opening the door, moved the seat to position stored under "1".

Later, I've enabled "Easy Entry" feature via VCDS and it seems to be working when I turn the engine off and take the key from the ignition lock - the seat moves back a little and the backrest tilts forward a bit - all good.

When at later time I return and unlock the car and open the door, the seat moves forward to position "1" sometimes, but sometimes it does not. It only does when I turn the ignition on.

It seems that "Easy entry" and linked keyfob features are "overlapping" sometimes...

Now I would like to unlink the keyfob, to see, if easy entry works better.

How can I do that? Owners Manual does not specify this.
