I have a pre-FL 06 Octavia 2 DSG 1.9 TDI PD

 

I am planning to retrofit the mk60ec1 ABS onto it. With this ABS, can I also retrofit the 'auto-hold' function (I have seen this on the Passat)

I have searched around a lot, but could not find any info on this.

Surely you don't need Auto hold on an auto?

Or do you because DSG works differently to traditional Auto?

You don't need it on any car

 

I don't have much experience with the pre-FL but assuming the ABS pump you fit supports it I would expect it to just work. From what I understand, everything HHC requires is included inside the ABS module.

DSG should hold or creep on a slop.
