Yep - that's the one -- Intermeccanica Italia - that's the Spyder version.  Lovely motor. Camelsp was oh so close with the Apollo.

 

Great read of their to-ings and fro-ings between Italy and States and Canada. And Buick and Ford engines - after dabbling with Peugeot, Puch and even one Ford Anglia-engined prototype !!
