  • How about people just answer the OP's question, rather than just question why he wants to do something ?   I presume you're all going to pop over to Richard's build thread and question why he's buil

  • Why would you want to??   The Yeti is a fine SUV with extra ground clearance to accentuate it's sporting capabilities.   It's a bit like buying a bungalow and having a dormer conversion in the lof

  • Personal choice - would be boring if we were all the same. If I like the Yeti in every respect (which I do) but want it with a lower stance, surely that's ok? ;-)

Well I would certainly burst into tears and roll around on the floor kicking and screaming ......as usual

I've seen the boss fox yeti at castle Combe and despite all the mods it still looks like a fine looking yeti and if it was not stood next to another yeti you don't see a lot of difference unless you look for it,so what I'm trying to say is that lowering a couple of inches doesn't really change the look drastically and may even improve the looks and handling if you want it.

I think I have answered the question several times, but I'll do it again:

I do not know of a Skoda Approved Eisbach lowering kit for the Yeti.

Pretty sure the poster wasn't asking you directly. I don't know the wholesale price of peas, the weight of the train on the next service to Swansea or a whole load of stuff - but I don't clog up the internet with advertising my ignorance in these areas... "I don't know" posts are a bit of a waste of time and space, don't you think?

Meanwhile some interesting links *on topic* ... (PS: internet search is a wondrous thing)

Hard work in here innit.

Free for all.

Perhaps he got out of bed the wrong side?

As on all forums for owners, there are no stupid questions only stupid answers.

Ah, Bluemel's, there's a name from the past. Mostly known for bicycle pumps.

I need my vitamin shot to bring me back into the present now. :giggle:

Nah, I had it 2001 to 2004, when I bought a 1947 Standard 12, I'm not that old, I just like old cars.

From an visual point of view to close the huge wheel arch gap have you thought about larger wheels. IMO I think the yeti looks under wheeled

+1

Here's our Yeti on 215 65 R16:
