Our 1 month old Octavia combi 1,4TSI was delivered with 18" Bridgestone Turanza T001 - and so far I'm pretty pleased with them.

My MY16 VRS came with Bridgestones. Had a 14 reg Leon FR last year which came with Contis and apart from decent dry grip were way too noisy and fast wearing. Swapped them for Goodyear Efficient Grip performance which were excellent. Will be doing the same on the VRS when the time comes as I'm not overly impressed with the Bridgestones performance, although overall they're better than the Contis.
