Hi, guys!

I'm new around here. I've been looking for a way to update my firmware for quite some time but no luck. Thankfully, reading this thread, I got some hope.

I own an Octavia 3, 2015, current version of the software is MSTD_EU_SK_p3420, if that's correct.

Hardware: 041

Software: 0435

Thanks in advance!!

I was wondering if there were any updates for this version of firmware for my husband's MIB2.5 Bolero system please.

If anyone still has the 0490 software version they could send me that would be amazing.

Thanks,

Managed to find a download link on a Russian car forum, gonna give it a go will report back if it works.

Does anyone have the update link, please?

So, I've managed to get my hands on the update file but I can't seem to make it readable by the system. It keeps saying that the USB data medium not readable, even though I have formatted it using FAT32 system. Eventually, I found another micro SD card, 32GB, which is the music storage, put the archive on it but still no detection as a suitable device for updating the SW. Among CD, USB and SD card, none is available when choosing from the media to update from the files. I can't seem to understand why. Any ideas, please? Thanks!

I had that too at first, all the storage medium options were greyed out, got it working after a bit of swapping SD cards around and restarting the stereo a few times.

Once the car could see the SD card the update went smoothly (took about 40 min) and I now have a fancier reversing camera screen, better sound quality (I think) and a more responsive touch screen, well worth it.

I've managed to update it, it took 30 minutes precisely and I can notice some improvements. Job done! Thanks for your help!

On the Skoda portal, we are notify that iPhone X phones can connect to the Bolero infotainment. Well, I use an XS iPhone and I can't connect to my Bolero infotainment . It works on iPhone 7 and I wanted to ask you if there is an update, for the lates version - if there is the case. In this respect, could you be so kind (if there is an update), and please send / share it to me . Device code is 565035840, Hardware H41 and software version is 0478 - codec media 4101.0.0.0
