Have you tried a reset by holding the on/off button down until it resets? That normally fixes software issues.

There's a website you can get it off that's Linked in one of the YouTube video's if you look hard enough, if someone PMs me their email I'll send it to them for them to send around. Apparently you can't post it here for some reason
