So this is where I´m now: I sent the fault code to my Skoda Norway dealership and the head of the service department said after some research that there is some issues with the ACC radar and the factory is working on a solution, exactly what it is they dont know. 

 

I will post more info as soon as I get it.

I have to correct myself as my dealership was kind of vague when explaining this problem.

 

The problem was never the traffic sign recognizer (camera on top of the front window) but the front assist which uses the same radar as the acc. When the front assist scans the road in front of the car while driving it has trouble when "seeing" things in the roadside such as signs, poles etc. This update fixes this issue. I´m terrible sorry for the first wrong answer.
