Got word from Kit this morning that he spotted one burnt out in a carpark near his place. He can't tell what colour it is as its that bad. He said its on standard RS wheels so can't be Czechmate's.

Guys better keep your eyes and ears open as this is getting way to common an occurance.

cant be mine, mine was stolen from east anglia. at least, i dont think it could be mine!!!!! did it have a sunroof? i'd be more than interested to know

I'm not sure as I didn't see it. Kit was going to ask the cops to see if they knew anything about it. I'll post if I hear anything.

Kit contacted the cops but they won't give him any info. They did say that 2 had been stolen (dunno if that included Czechmates). Btw Czechmate got his back last night, unfortunately it has been damaged a little but I'm sure he'll post to give more info.

hi, have no more news yet about the burnt out one,the polis are not being very cooperative!!! will check to see if it has got a sunroof,thats if its still there when i get home.I tried to explain that i was a bit concerned that two had been stolen in three days and that one of them had been burnt out two hundred yards from where i keep mine....to no avail.Was going to explain that if there is gang looking just octy RS's then there arent that many about and its just a matter of time before they come for mine ...AGIAN!!! but unfortunatly it was like talking to a wall!!!...will have a word with the five coppers who live next door to see if they can shed any light on it.

we dont really get any of this type of car crime round here (according to the police anyway)

i think it's either running round a city or it had been stripped don within hours of being stolen. either way i dont think i'll ever see her again!!!!

I got the pics off Kit, he lost his cable for camera so wasn't able to send them (I suspect its gone by now, although nothing surprises me here:) )

I wonder if it could have been a WRC edition ? The wheels look possibly as if they were white and some parts of the bodywork are white-ish in places.

at least it wasn't mine. i've got mine back although looking at the sorry state of her i wish she had been burnt out too. as you probably know she was used in an aggravated robbery in barnsley, roughly 200 miles away from where it was taken.
