Columbus Infotainment, would Amazon Fire Stick work with the unit

Featured Replies

Just a thought, would something like the Amazon Fire Stick work with the Columbus Info Unit, I'm probably barking up the wrong tree on this one.

Yer you might be living in a dream world. I don't think it can read complex codecs

Thanks for the reply, I thought as much, but I thought I would ask, the forum can come up trumps some times.

I'm sure people have asked about movies on SD cards too.

I am happily playing AVI and MKV files on my Columbus from backups of my DVDs loaded onto a 256Gb SD card. As long as the format is 720x576 or under (so no hi-def capabilities).
