Hi all, I'm Julian, became the owner of a Fabia vRS today, what a fun car to drive. Looked for an unmolested, one owner car with full history. Did a 360 mile round trip to get it.

Worked in Mlada Boleslav,czech Republic where Skodas are made, helped with the launch of the Octavia.

Anyone else aware of a droning sound? On journey home from the dealership I was soon aware of a muted but constant droning. This was in marked contrast to the 'drone-free' 1.1 DSG Kamiq which I'd had for the previous three years. I've had the Karoq now for a few months and, with the exception of the droning, I'm pleased. At this point I have a confession: Karoq test drive was exclusively in-town streets. Previous car was 1.1 Kamiq SE DSG. The three years with it had been a superb experienc

Hi! I'm in need of some help please. My Octavia estate sat for 8 months unused. The battery went flat (AGM Varta) and doesn't charge. I got the car started with a different battery and then swapped in the dead battery to see if it would start charging. BUT, now the engine was running I needed to move the car a bit and found that the gear stick won't go into reverse gear. It can select 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th but not reverse. I've ordered up a new AGM battery (due in a couple of days) but this reverse
