Introduction
This forum specifically is to allow supporting members, with a creative background, a space to let their ideas grow. 

In principal this is for VAG/ Forum scope applicable products and services only*. 

You must be a current FREEDOM Member to start a new topic for your products and/or services.
 
All topics will be manually approved before being displayed, in case for any reason we are not able to display them.

• Some products/services may conflict with our commercial advertisers.
• All our community members will be able to reply on the topics as normal and ask questions.

In time, these ideas may grow and become a businesses, or happily continue as a hobby and a little bit of extra income.
 
I hope it will help you and other BRISKODA members in the supply and creation of new products/services. Let the innovation begin!

Entrepreneurs Zone Rules

 

Summary:

• This section is for FREEDOM Members to sell products/services that are created in their own time. It is NOT for those connected with any established business activity or main source of income.
• VAG-applicable items and services only
• Threads will not appear immediately - ColinD will approve them.
• If you feel it's gone well, you can always make a donation in lieu of commercial advertising costs.
• Should you transition this to your main income source or substantial component, you will need to take up normal commercial advertising.

Specifics:

1. This section is open only for FREEDOM Members to start topics and promote their goods / services within.
2. Only adverts for self created/self sourced vehicle parts / services allowed.
3. Parts & services offered must be specifically applicable to VAG vehicles, even if generic in nature. 
4. Products or services which I do not believe are relevant, beneficial, or conflict with our Commercial Paying Sponsors may not be permitted. Check with me first before investing hours in preparation.
5. One product/service per topic.
6. The advertiser must be the seller.
7. Any activity in this section must NOT be connected with a company or recognised brand, and must not be a significant source of income.
8. You are selling NEW products, not sourced from regular commercial channels, e.g. an appropriate product would be 5-off items from a local metal fabricator.
9. Known product re-selling (e.g. bushes, wheels, re-map software, waxes, etc) is deemed commercial and is not allowed in this section, subject to consideration of offers unachievable in the open market, and simultaneously not conflicting with our existing commercial sponsors. We are well aware of who produces what in the market.
10. Entrepreneurs with an e-commerce presence, must disclose this.
11. Entrepreneurs must not be agents for distribution or recognised products.
12. Off topic posts, cross posting, sales by "PM" and other secretive/hidden methods are not permitted.
13. Selling of second-hand goods is not permitted.
14. Selling of pirated goods is not permitted.
15. eBay links are allowed, if it's your product., see #(8,9,10).
16. You must stick to promoting your products / services only within this specific section.
17. Creating topics in open sections with self promotion is specifically forbidden. Please post in your own topic in this zone, with links to current conversations elsewhere on the forum.
18. Members using the Entrepreneurs section are permitted to use their signatures, provided they adhere to the signature rules and only link to this sections topic. 
19. Any attempts to circumvent the rules will be dealt with at the Moderators' discretion.
20. Participating Members are deemed to accept the terms and conditions set out in this topic. 
     

BRISKODA will actively vet sellers and products sold, in the interest of the members, but we cannot accept any responsibility for items or services eventually bought: the responsibility remains with the seller. 

 

Avoid promoting the use of PayPal gift payments. As a buyer, you loose all protection.

Amendment of Rules
 

BRISKODA reserves the right to modify these rules if and when it is deemed necessary. All material modifications will be notified via a bump of this thread.

If this is in the Freedom section, how will this be possible?

Custom Permissions. Only freedom group members can start a topic. Akin to the sponsors news, where only a sponsor can start, but anyone can answer. Also in effect on the greenline although not widely used due to the parent title.
