Noise from front wheels when on full lock

Hi all!

Noticed today when parking and have turned the wheels either full to the left or to the right and moving slowly there is crackling noise from front wheels. It seems it comes from both sides (at least thats what wife is telling me).

It can only be heard if you have windows down. Anybody had similar issues? Is that normal?

Car has 10k miles on the clock.
