      I think I'd be concerned that the car would have 3 new tyres and 1 part worn, especially on a 4x4. As long as the tyres are a good make I think that would be ok, but I'd want 4 the same!

      Looking at that pic, those michelins appear to have sipes, so have they left one winter tyre on one corner or replaced the other 3 with equivalent tyres? That's definitely something I would complain a
