Has anyone used this seller on eBay? Or used H&R spacer on there car?

20mm at front and 44mm at the rear

A 44mm spacer!! That sounds like an incredibly bad idea. Not only will it give you wheel poke, but it'll put an unnecessary stress on other components. 

Reading the description, it looks like its 44mm over the axle, so 22mm on each side.

 

In terms of stress etc, its only the same as running a wheel with a 22mm lower offset.

Yea I've used them. Superb.. Very quick postage and those are THE only spacers to buy. I went with 12/15 24mm front total and 30mm back total.
