That is true. To satisfy yourself that it is correct you can remove each fuse in turn and check that the respective electrical device is dead.

Just to add more fuel!!

I removed one of the lower switch blanking plugs, bought a 12V to USB board (with USB socket on flying leads) and with a bit of drilling and filing and Araldite managed to fit the USB socket into the blanking plate. Now I can charge my phone from the dash, wired into a switched 12V fuse in the fuse holder bank. Works a treat and goes off when you swtch off.
