Now come on admit it ...it was worth the wait wasn't it :P

The acceleration's ludicrous. And it 'growls' when you boot it!

My poor little Furby's mutated out of all proportion.....its become A MONSTER! :orb_squoo

OK heres my tale....... Received My one click just before xmas, posted it back to them on tuesday and it arrived today so very quick turn around from AMD there.

I was so excited that it had arrived i didnt read the instructions properly and had to ring AMD up half way through the upload process as i was sh!tting bricks that i might mess the car up, anyway they talked me through what it a very easy process without any problems at all.

Finally the performance....I have just done a 250mile round trip to brentford and back today with the standard map so was well aware of my cars ability. So with the new code uploaded i can say the car is much quicker, where as before power used to fade away past about 4000 revs it just keeps coming now and it revs so much quicker. Needless to say i cannot wait to rewind the years tonight and go out tonight for a good spin and show up some of the local VTR Racers!

All in all, despite a slow start in receiving the One Click everything has turned out for the best. :D

I'll say it again - I love my one-click.

Its just so smooth with a lovely power hike to go with it. Its a real hooligan when making progress in 2nd, and often 3rd - simply scrambling for grip (I have sticky tyres too).

Yet - its lovely driving normally too. Just lovely and smooth, much more linear power delivery, and improved mpg. Perfect.

There is no doubt in my mind that there most other maps will ultimately produce more clutch killing power, but the one-click is perfectly adequate thanks!

If you aren't convinced by your map at all - put it back to standard for a few days!

Have been to Amd today to collect my one click and I'm very happy with it. Much better/smoother power spread across more of the rev range and no more smoke than standard too. Money well spent. :D

P.S. A very big thank you again to rongagain, I wouldn't have had my one click if it wasn't for his kindness.

Err,

Can't agree about improved mpg: I've dropped from a ( hilly, Peak district) 46 to about 41. Then again, I've not had chance to test it long enough.

I took an Eastern European colleage for a spin today and averaged 33 mpg. This included a 1st gear launch which hit the red before I knew what was happening and had the 'traction' warning light blipping on. Acceleration out of sharp bends on a steep hill was enough to produce nice predictable 'ar5e-end' slides from the sports suspension and fat rubber.

Mr Viktor said it felt similar to co-piloting a Rally car.

I think I need a GB exhaust to exploit the enhanced 'Growl'

Viktor concluded: "That is not normal Skoda Verr Err Ess, Johnny.......How many horses are you braking under your bonnet?........you crazy boy!"
