I rung up yesterday, and they said they were out of stock because of those :gay: who went and picked it up in person. This means that if it doesnt arrive tomorrow, it will most likely be monday and then after sending it back to them, and then again back to me its going to be well into next week!

Should be worth the wait tho.

Gonna go & pick mine up first week in Jan Well busy until then!!

They said to me yesterday that they might get another batch in tomorrow and to call them then. Otherwise, I'll be sorting it in January as I am off to South Africa for three weeks on Xmas Day. Hoorah!!!

I picked mine up on Tuesday - a 450 Mile round trip from Cleveland. I had a big on my face for the latter 225 miles though.

I rang and ordered mine at 9am on Monday. It arrived today (Friday), I have plugged it in and read the map and sent is straight back Special Delivery. Hopefully I will get it back some time next week.

They were only expecting 10 people as they said these group buys never normally get that many people. I wen't down on Monday and they're very helpful and genuinely nice guys, however I never got the tour, but I was more interested in driving the car. But they only ordered 10 units to start with and they said they put in another order when they received the list. When I went I was the 4th one so they had 6 left which look like they've been taken aswell.

It's definately worth the wait for the factor and also the better economy. I managed to get about 388 miles to the tank which was half without the 1click and half with mixed motorway and town driving, which included brisk drives around Milton Keynes returning 22mpg. It'll be good to see what my bro gets with just cruising around instead of right foot happy driving if he can manage it.

I got a phoneall from AMD on Thursday to say that they had mine and they were sending it out to me. Due to some worry about what day/address it would arrive at, I asked them to post it Friday to guarantee a Monday delivery. I was like number 23 on the list so unless they phoned me up to lie to me Id say they got the subsequent stock in!!

Its just sweeeet. Watch 100mph come around in under 16 seconds, thats 6 seconds quicker than the standard vRS.

I've got a lovely straight bit of NSL road near me, but there's been too many people on it every time ive driven there since getting the one click :(

Picked mine up this morning.

I now have a significantly quicker car. I thought it may have become a bit of a monster but if anything it smoother. No Smoke (No more than normal) and fuel economy on the run home (About 150 miles) was about the same.

I came home via the A420 and got to one of the dual bits on it. A blue 51 plate WRX was an unwilling victim, we both floored it off the roundabout and the Furby just pulled away. The look on the drivers face will be with me for a long time

It wasn't big and it wasn't clever but I had to do it at least once

0-60 from the line (Or the Severn Bridge toll) was about 7.5 seconds

Thing about Fabia's (and some other diesels) is that you don't have to screw the nuts out of them to get the performance. Looks like we will have ours fitted mid Jan now as we head off to South Africa for three weeks on Xmas Day.
