Amundsen update problem - error message when connecting to server

Featured Replies

For several days (14 - 19 March 2016) I have been trying to download the latest Amundsen update from http://updateportal.skoda-auto.com/

I am definitely entering the correct VIN. When I request "Find Updates"  I always get the error message "An unexpected error. Please try again later."

What is going on?

I'm using a Mac running OS X. Google Chrome and Safari both return "internal server error". I'll give it a shot on a PC tomorrow.

I git it to work with Safari. Next problem: road names do not display on the map ...

You need to use something other than a Mac, as they put a load of spurious files onto the SD card without telling you. Or alternatively I believe there's a program for clearing all the crap off the card and making it a clean copy. It's been covered on here before but I can't recall where.
