What Christmas present have you got for your car?

Tax

Aero Wipers

Wash and Wax (if it gets above freezing any time soon!)

Hoover

Rear Strut Brace

An easy dry flexible blade to wipe the windows dry in the mornings. I bought 2 from M&S for my sons at £3.50 each and got a third one free so am donating that one to my car for Christmas. :D

Mine get s a nice ride on a ship in a container. Its new years' present is the chance to play out on New Zealand's twisties!

I miss it so much!!

Mine is getting a fibreglass engine cover with cooling ducts, very cool!

I've been cruel to mine. Due to be traded in for a VRS on 22nd December. So it will be spending a loneley Christmas on a Skoda dealker forecourt - poor thing.

Hopefully someone will buy it in the new year.

Don't feel bad - all these presents are for the owners rather than the car. Just take it to a drive-in of the latest Herbie movie  That way, it won't be on the forecourt for long ;)

Festive Greetings: Happy Old Car and Happy New Car

:D

will have to be a new years pressie now cause i'm skint but a TIP of some description will be purchased and fitted soon...

i do need to get her back to the dealers though, the engine lights come on again !!!

50k service.

2 tyres on Saturday, a run at TSR, and it will be getting a new front bearing soon. Oh, and I just finally fitted Si's old Pioneer 9400 os its got some tunes now.

Edit, I forgot about the imminent oil & filter change. Figured I'd change the oil at 6k and hopefully a bit more regularly now its well tuned up. Figured I might try and get it changed every 7k, if I can get the PD oil at £2 a litre like I'm hoping to. :D

told bertha to write her letter to santa weeks ago so i could put it up the chimney, but she hasnt.

so i might buy her a new clutch when i win the lottery..

Mine has had a loverly forsale sign or 2

Erm... Wash the furry dice

It's already had it's Antifog and annual clean, and thus it just remains to put tinsel around the aerial :D per suggestion received on other thread :)

"A baby on board" sticker :o

Chris

sod all apart from some screenwash. It should be grateful enough to thank me for having the good grace to order it in the first place :D

Nothing.It never gets me anything.

February though,60k service so cam belt I reckon (do I mention and treat it to a Birthday clutch too?

A furby, so I can teach it to say rude words to my passengers and either a private plate or a new head unit that can play mp3's.

well mine arrived last night, so it got a handsfree kit and a speed camera detector 2 hours after picking it up.

Today it is having a shakedown with the rally testing team to see what needs doing to it, a new headunit is going in christmas eve, then the rest of the ice when I get time. The engine is being breathed on between christmas and new year all being well:)

New 17s, and an S100RLD for my Snooper :D

My ex girlfriend donated some key scratches last weekend too :(

Erm... it's getting a jetwash tomorrow, does that count? :(

It was my birthday yesterday, so other people bought it loads of presents - it got a complete boot kit - flashlight, gloves, jump leads, insulated bag; a bottle of Halfords window de-icer; a 'man's air freshener' (so it now smells like a group of lads, all named Dave, out to discover the true Lynx Effect is to drive birds away).

Mine is away at the moment, not so much at a Health Farm as in Dave's case, more like in rehab (e.g. the priory).

New engine and breathing apparatus, so fairly major pressie then...

Did want to buy mine a tank of BP Ultimate as a special pressie :D , but was stuck in traffic for about an hour last night, and once the fuel remaining display got down to 10 miles, I deceided it was best to fill up at the next garage I came to.

Usual supermarket stuff again, then...
