Pretty much as the title says, does anybody know if you can change the info displayed on the maxidot from the trip mileage to something different?

Use the roller on the right hand side of the steering wheel. Press to select the one that you want.

If you mean the trip mileage in the botton left corner, then no.

It cannot be changed until you switch off the engine then it displays total vehicle mileage.

On mine the bottom left is the total mileage and the bottom right it'd the trip mileage which is the one I was wondering if you could change to display something else?
