Been to my local dealer today, and can confirm I've conceived a Skoda Octavia VRS 230 DSG Hatch, in black magic with Canton sound system.

Baby due date not yet known, but Dad is very happy .

I was half expecting the baby to have a name - then realised we were in the Octavia section!

Enjoy ! Black is amazing polished but you've just opened up an OCD pandoras box if you are like me

 

I am ALWAYS finding some kind of scratches on it Just as well that I'm also becoming a bit of a DIY paint restoration expert too (or wannabe at least!).

Might get my father to use his ex/retired pro paint thickness equipment (not ebay special) to see what it says against his also recent-ish L&K thinking about it.....

 

IMO might be worth looking into some kind of extended paint protection if possible as just offering my personal experience, if you can afford this if will keep the black car looking good longer

I had this colour on my previous VRS ( 6 years ago ish), and I'm a detailing freak, that's why I've gone for it again...Glutton for punishment !
