I try do update but something when wrong I think.

All was successful but don't have voice at all.

No radio voice,sat nav or Bluetooth

What now?

Have you tried posting this in the ICE section as there will be more chance of one of the Columbus gurus seeing it in there and coming to the rescue.

There are a few guys on here who knows there stuff with the Columbus.... Rustynut springs to mind.
