DSG cold start hesitation

Of late, my Octy II FL 1.4 TSI 62-plate with about 45k miles has started to demonstrate the following behaviour:

On cold starts, as you set off the DSG feels a bit sluggish. It really hesitates to switch from D2 to D3, letting the revs continue higher than otherwise, before switching to D3 with a noticeable "clunk". After a few miles, this problem disappears.

The car had its regular service 6 months ago at an official dealer.

Is this a well-known problem and/or is it as simple to fix as a gearbox oil change or similar - or should I be worried about something more similar?
