It's my first day here. Hope everyone ok.

Recently I bought a Skoda which is

'Octavia 1.6 tdi CR SE S-A automatic'.

What this 'S-A' stand for?

Anybody out there who can explain please.

Welcome along! I think it probably stands for 'semi-automatic' as the DSG gearbox obviously allows an element of manual control albeit without a clutch. I've seen a few cars advertised as S-A. A bit confusing and yet another motoring acronym.
